Sue Garman's Simply Baltimore (90 x 90") is elegant in its simplicity! The quilt has nine on-point blocks set amidst a field of flying geese sashings and borders. Each 15-inch block (finished size) is easy for quilt makers with any level of experience to applique. With a minimum number of fabrics in each block, fabric choice is similarly easy for everyone.
The complete set of patterns includes a pattern for each of the nine blocks, as well as a tenth pattern with instructions and paper foundations for the sashings and borders of flying geese.
Please note that the blocks in this pattern are different than the blocks in the Baltimore Squared pattern - some of the same blocks can be used in either quilt, but some of them have been completely modified to accommodate a straight versus on-point setting.
