Ruffled Feathers

This 69-1/2 by 85-1/2 inch quilt is a twist on an old favorite:  the feathered star quilt.  Sue Garman's unique arrangement of feathers gives each star a "halo" of color, perfect for featuring an accent color.  The blocks in this quilt are made using paper foundations.  Master copies are included and copies of the foundations must be made by the quilter.  The finished block size is fourteen inches.
