Double Oak Leaf Reel

This pattern was one of Sue's last to create, and its beauty is astounding.  The combination of reds and greens, intricately woven within the double oaks leaves and reel create lots of interest for the eye.  The pieced background makes it appear to glow.  This is not a beginner applique project.  The finished quilt measures approximately 75-inches square.
